hey guys this is your boy needler and this tutorial is on how to install 2 versions of the same app and being able to rename it

REQUIREMENTS

Winrar

PlistEditor

  1. drag the IPA file to Winrar and open the folder payload, then open .app folder
  2. find the Info.plist, copy it to your desktop and open the file with PlistEditor
  3. find "CFBundleDisplayName" and change <string>"NEW NAME"</string>
  4. find "CFBundleIdentifier" and change<string>"NEW NAME"</string>..(note that just adding a 2 at the end would be easier instead of coming up with a whole new name)
  5. save the file and delete the info.plist in winrar, press ok for all popups
  6. add the saved Info.plist to winrar(drag and drop) and press ok to the popup
Now you can sync the IPA with itunes or install via ssh and have both versions of the app!!
