hey guys this is your boy needler and this tutorial is on how to speed up everything on firmware 3.1.3

  1. open cydia and click on manage
  2. add the insanelyi repo by clicking on edit then add
  3. type "repo.insanlyi.com"
  4. go to sections and enter itweaks
  5. search for "Speed Intensifier For IOS3" and insstall it
  6. respring your device
