Some people have internet on their computer but not their iPhone/ iPod. Usually there stuck having to use a friends wifi...till now!

There is a Windows compatible program called Cyder. Its a desktop version of Cydia that you can add repos to and download apps and tweaks to your computer. Heres how.

1. Download Cyder -http://blog.alltechrelated.com/files/Cyder2-0.1-RC2.zip
2. After you download it, extract it wherever you want it placed.     (Recommend desktop)
3. Then navigate to your main hard drive with My computer
4. Go here >>C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
5. Note that C: ^^ is the letter corresponding to your main hard drive and it could be a different letter.
6. Copy every file in the folder that ends with a .dll  Then paste it into the cyder folder
7. Next up open cyder.
8. On the sources tab add any repos you use or want to use then click the little play button at the top.
9. Afterwards go to the Packages tab and select whatever you want.
10. Then last but not least go to the downloads tab and click the play button at the top once more. 
11. Your downloaded packages will be in .deb form inside the cyder folder.
12. Once you open the Cyder folder navigate to the folder name Archives.
